We were not waited on for 20mins. Had to order through the Mobile ordering food and drinks came out before ever being waited on. Waitress did not bring anything and walked away fast so didn’t have time to ask for napkins or silverware. I had to go find all of it myself. Food was burnt and had no flavor. Asked for BBQ sauce with my daughter’s chicken none was brought. This was a horrible experience and makes me not want to come back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Great place and great staff. Servers were fast and laid back. Food was great wings were crispy. If I had to say anything negative it would be to add misting fans. Or move the already mounted fan closer to sitting area. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time at Topgolf in Ridgeland, MS! We didn't reserve a bay beforehand, which we initially thought might be an issue. We were quoted about a two-and-a-half-hour wait, but to our delight, we were called to our bay in roughly an hour! That was a pleasant surprise and made the start of our experience even better. The atmosphere at Topgolf is truly great for families. Even while we waited for our bay, there was plenty to keep us entertained. We enjoyed some friendly competition with putt-putt golf and cornhole, plus a few other fun games. It definitely helped pass the time quickly and kept everyone in good spirits. Once we got to our bay, the Topgolf experience itself was a blast. It’s such a fun and engaging way to hit some golf balls, whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner like some of us! The food and drink service was also excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment. My main takeaway and a strong recommendation for anyone planning a visit is to definitely reserve a bay a couple of days in advance. While our wait was shorter than expected, having a reservation would eliminate any potential wait time and ensure you can get right to the fun. Overall, we had a really great experience at Topgolf Ridgeland. It’s a wonderful spot for a family outing, offering a unique blend of golf, games, and a vibrant atmosphere. We will definitely be back for more fun soon!
