Im a coach driver who travels all over europe,and ive had a few kebabs on my travels,but Topkapi is my must go to place when im staying at the days inn hotel at woodall services...Topkapi chicken shish with rice and salad is absolutely FIRST CLASS. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

Appalling customer service. Ordered some food and they sent the wrong item but had turned the grill off so couldn't remake it but offered to send the kebab on our next order . Just tried to place an order (next day) and she said they couldn't give me a "free kebab" I said it wasn't free as I'd already paid but apparently as they sent a cheeseburger in place of the kebab I already had a meal and therefore could only offer it me at half price. I explained that I didn't eat the cheeseburger and offered them the choice to collect the cheeseburger but that was declined and still only offered me the kebab I had already paid for for half price. Totally rude and not the first time they have taken my money and not provided the food I ordered. Will never order again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! Disgusting behaviour.
