I like to post reviews, especially if they make my autistic son happy! As a general manager myself, we have ordered twice from this location since moving to Rochester. The first time, delivery was kind, and polite to my autistic son. Pizza, was more my fault but had tomatoes on it which I did not realize. We picked them off for the kiddo (I’m of that generation!) . This time, exceptional!! My son is five minutes in, 3 slices down. As a kid with autism he is SO picky, and this pizza was perfect!!! The delivery person loved on my Pomeranian who tried to run after him (a super sweet puppy, but puppy!) so if my kid, and my dog approvewe will order again! Also I realized that I had not ordered drinks, attempted to make a second order (my bad!) and it did not meet order minimum. They happily answered the phone and added it to our order easily! They were simply kind all around!! As a GM, (yes I said it again) we LOVE your staffI love this type of kindness when days can be long in food service!! Thank you!!!

Don't get me wrong, I love toppers pizza and topperstix, and have been ordering from them for the last 10 years for our family nights! We always get the family meal deal, and are always happy!Tonight however, the Marion location in Rochester Minnesota decided to charge us way more than we usually pay and when we pointed this out to them, instead of making it right, they said next time we need to point out that we want the deal... I'm sorry I thought when we say the family meal deal, for 19.99 plus tax and delivery was clear enough.I asked if it was normal to look out for the customer and point out great savings when available, he told me no and said that's the customers job, not mine. He then was ignorant and pretty much said oh well, hope you figure it out next time! We will be looking for a new pizza place for our weekly family nights, so no sir, there will not be a next time. I'll make sure I take my business catering and my team dinner splurged for my staff elsewhere as well. All because you didn't want to fix it.
