Sin!!!! The setting is splendid and the food good. But unfortunately the organization of the service is not... despite the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We are very sorry about this. 30 guests in the lemon house (which is a gem) arrived at 6pm, as agreed with the manager, with the room still being set up because there had been other guests before. The person who should have been responsible for serving drinks also had to take care of going back and forth with dishes etc. from the kitchen (which is inside the castle and the room which is outside). So we often took care of serving drinks to the guests because there was no one in the room! Dead times.... very dead between one course and another... despite requests to speed up the service. For 10 finger food buffets, a first course served at the table and a tiramisu: 4 hours...! It's a shame because a better organization would be enough to ensure that the customer receives the care and attention that are necessary, and which we had made sure was there because it was very important, and instead it was ignored. Apologizing to your guests was a situation that we were not happy with. Service: 1
