I went to Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu ``Bar & Dining TORRENT'' afternoon tea. TORRENT is a restaurant where you can experience cuisine that expresses Japan using French cooking techniques. It has a total of 91 seats (25 seats at the bar/66 seats in the dining room), and you can see the cityscape of Shibuya from the windows. Although it is located on the lobby floor of the hotel, it had a quiet and calm atmosphere. This time I had the summer afternoon tea that is offered from July 1st to August 31st. The fee is 6,000 yen for 2 hours, 1st part from 11:45 to 13:45 and 2nd part from 14:30 to 16:30. First of all, the welcome drink is Refres Cante (a non-alcoholic cocktail based on guava). Afternoon Tea Tower is a content where you can fully enjoy summer using seasonal fruits and ingredients inspired by summer. Savory Marinated mango and mozzarella cheese tomato and feta salad Corn soup truffle flavored popcorn Herb-flavored egg borro vin Spam rice ball with guacamole Sandwich chicken tortilla tart provence Edamame hummus canapé Scone Guerande salt pineapple Condiment (clotted cream, lime-scented mango jam) Petit fours guava rose ganache cone mango short Lychee jelly kapa style weekend citron ring shoe Cream sandwich pine chip Drinks include TWG Tea's black tea and coffee, which you can change freely. The pot of tea is enough for 2 cups, so you can have plenty of it.
