Usually the service is good and friendly, however today, we were spoken down to by a rude arrogant petrol attendant. There was no line when we arrived but we weren't being assisted either. I hooted and asked to be assisted and Johannes came to our car and said we won't get any help from anyone there BECAUSE we hooted, and we could go and get fuel elsewhere. We were really taken aback by this as we come here a few times a month (it's close to home). That was not OK on any level.

i bought a muffin and sausage roll 26/06/2023 in the morning only to find the muffin is rotten i called and spoke to the lady by the name of LYDIA, then she escalated my complaint to the very rude guy who even refused to share his name with me , he cannot even communicate effectively he does not even have skills to deal with complaints he does not know their products very very poor service,
