My mom ordered & paid for a cake for my sister’s birthday at her request. Can you imagine how we felt when we arrived to pick up said cake only to be informed that someone sold HER CAKEEE!! The associate who works there wouldn’t & couldn’t even offer us another cake that they had to make up for their negligence. Birthday party was ruined; we ended up having to eat matcha flavored ice cream at the restaurant where we were having a party. App deleted & I’ll never patronize any Tous Les Jours ever in my life. No one has even bothered to contact us to try and make amends to keep local customers still to this day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came on the morning of May 19th around 9:30 AM. I saw that one employee was being trained, so I simply asked how many shots of espresso come in a small hot latte. However, the woman training her had a very rude attitude toward me, acting like I was the one causing confusion. I ordered a hot latte, but they entered it as iced. When I politely corrected the order and said I asked for hot, she gave me an attitude I then asked if she even wanted to serve me because the way she spoke to me felt aggressive and disrespectful. She replied that she was just training the new employee, but honestly her tone and behavior toward customers were unacceptable. Don’t let her be trainer she has no service mind I understand training can be stressful, but customers should not be treated rudely or spoken to like soldiers. Very disappointing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The strawberry matcha and spinach puff are staples. I haven’t had anything else but everything looks very good and the atmosphere is so clean girl coded & nice to have a date or study. I’ve also been to the Bergenfield location and everything is always consistent and taste the same regardless of location :) Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
