If you're in North Shore Towers, this is the best diner you can get to without leaving the building

Unfortunately I must update this review. Without fail, every single time I call to place an order I am placed on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes and told they're "busy." That isn't a valid excuse at all. This restaurant predominantly only serves NST and not all 1800 apartments call to place orders at the same time. They really need to update their system and protocol, or at the very least hire additional staff to accommodate the "crowd." On top of that, every time I have ordered the chicken Caesar wrap it makes me sick without fail. This restaurant is convenient, but it's not worth the wait or not feeling well, especially with so many other local options that deliver or are a quick drive to pick up. I hope they get it together, although I'm doubtful.

I want to comment on this establishment from a perspective of someone with a handicapped Mom- this restaurant is located in a building with many,many diners with the SAME situation. There are literally 10 walkers and or wheelchairs housed in the back of this diner from patrons dining. The fact that TOWERS RESTAURANT makes PEOPLE GET UP to pay their bill when MORE THAN 3/4 CANNOT WALK- is appalling. This may get some of the disability rights advocates attention! The people that work at the register are rude -----and the fact that the patrons with walkers are being asked to get up and wait for someone to help them is distburbing on so many levels. @towers restaurant- perhaps you become more gracious, and professional with your customers? Try watching Ted Lasso- learn how to be with humans and the rest will be repaid.
