Hey Anna Marie, I did get your message last weekend. I appreciate that you reached out to me. The 2 young people that worked last weekend actually had had very little traing. You are correct there. We originally were going to have to close the cafe for Saturday because we had an event we had to participate in that was an hour and a half away. The young lady called me the night before and offered to step up and keep the cafe open for us. She had worked for us before and we appreciated her offer. There were some drinks she had not be experienced in and she would call us for direction. I am sorry you were dissatisified with your experience but we were very happy that they had offered and were able to keep things open for us under the circumstances. We are working with and further training young people to run the cafe on the weekends as we had planned from the beginning. We were just caught between a rock and a hard place last weekend and had to make a call last minute. We do hope you will continue to come back and that we will be able to meet your expectations again.
