Famous Hamburger. I read an old article online that said tramontes may have the best burger in Baton Rouge so I had to give it a try. It's a 16 oz patty with a strong amount of seasoning and grilled to your liking. I had the bacon cheeseburger medium rare and it was a great burger but a little too seasoned for my liking. The people are great and it's a cool little place for lunch. I will definitely go back.

Horrible and Extremely Rude. A friend of mine raved and raved how good the crawfish here is. So decided to stop and give a few pounds to try. Needless to say, I never tried the food, because the service was horrible. I was never given the crawfish I ordered, people before and after me were served first. When I questioned the second time, a rude man said "you're next". To make matters worst, I was the only person of African American descent in the place at the time ......

Good food. Everyone raves about Tramonte's burgers, and I cannot lie, they are tasty! A little overcooked for my tastes, though. Grilled shrimp salad is delicious, buffalo chicken tender poboy is phenomenal. The people at the counter can be...abrasive. I'll endure their sometimes rude behavior for their good food.
