we came into the restaurant and had to wait a long period of time for someone to even ask us if we needed a seat. We then waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order , a further 25 minutes went past and we still had not received our drinks and other customers around us who had come in after had received their drinks , so I asked where our drinks were and turns out the waitress had not even put in our order when then got our drinks. We waited an hour for our meals for one of them to be wrong and my burger to be distasteful.

It would be great if your bouncers didn't harass people walking through Federation Square on their way to a better establishment.

My friend and I went here, Saturday night 6/5/2017. We were served by a young Asian guy. We asked for two glasses of wine and was told $20. I mentioned that the wine on the board said $5. He told us that was for the house wine only. Usually when I go to a bar and ask for wine , I'm asked if I want the house wine. We returned for a $10 cocktail, which we sipped about four times and it was finished ( the same bartender) the glass was covered in ice and my friend and I were shocked to discover we had been ripped off. We give a big thumbs down to this place and the deceiving tricks. I am even wondering if the cash even reached the cash register. Not at all impressed. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Next time someone asked for wine, ask if that's the house wine, especially when on the special board. Train your staff. I reiterate TRAIN YOUR STAFF and your patrons will return with a smile. Not good enough. !!!!! Would NOT trust you young man !!! I will post a pic. You can see the mixture on the bottom of the glass on the right. What a lot of drinking juice. Too funny!!!
