Delicious food, very good service. The tables are little close so conversations are definitely not private. Setting is nice and airy. Location is good with ample parking. Price per person: $60–70 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Very average food and experience. We were able to try most of the food with a larger group and the only standout was the bread with ricotta, chicken liver pate, and the tortellini (which lacked braised beef but the prosciutto saved it) I was hoping this would be a Michelin Star restaurant, but they have a lot of work to do Mafaldine pasta was the worst dish, very little flavor. Stone fruit appetizer lacked balance, just overt pistachio. All contorni (sides) were average flavor, nothing unique. Cacio e pepe was heavy heavy pepper. Pork chop was good, not great. Peppercorn filet was good, but not worth $90. All 3 desserts were average, the chocolate and cheese was unique, olive oil cake was average, budino was probably the better of the three. They said our meals would come spaced out but we reduced the primi and secondi at the same time. Price per person: $40–50

In keeping with Bianco's standard, Tratto absolutely exceeded expectations. From the first bite of bread to the last bite of crustado, every course delivered exceptional quality and impressive flavors. The pasta was perfectly executed, and the salmon complimented everything nicely. The highlight for me was the filet with strawberry reduction. That pairing was unbelievable. The menu is pretty fluid from what I can tell. I love how they've structured it in to courses, and stress quality over quantity. They serve their appetizers and sides family style, with plenty for 3 or 4 to share. The entrees are appropriately sized for one person, but so packed with flavor you will leave satisfied. The staff were attentive and informative, without being pretentious. The vibe of the restaurant is upscale but chill. This is a great date night spot for really high quality, memorable cuisine, and I'm looking forward for returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
