Highly recommend their daily lunch special. I don't know how they're able to switch it up everyday and consistently deliver such tasty food (very quickly too). Hidden gem that's worth a visit. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hidden gem on Sutton high street. Tasty food and great service. Chill atmosphere to either catch up with friends or do some work/reading. Indoor courtyard is a nice touch too. Drinks such as tea/coffee are the smaller side but still good nonetheless. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dear Trinco Team,. It is with a heavy heart that I write this feedback, as I have been a loyal customer of Trinco Sutton for a long time and always enjoyed the quality of your food and service. For the first time yesterday, I decided to complete my work from your café. I brought my laptop, ordered a lovely meal as usual, and settled in. At around 15:45, a member of staff came over to take my payment, which was all fine. I then politely asked what time the café would be closing and was told 4 pm. Respecting this, I gathered my things and moved closer to the exit while remaining logged in to an important Teams meeting. To my surprise, the same staff member followed me and again insisted that the café was closing and that I was not allowed to stay. At that point, it was 15:57, not 4 pm. The way this was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The tone of voice and attitude were not in keeping with the warm, friendly atmosphere that Trinco is known for. As a customer, I felt as though I was being treated like a child in a classroom rather than a valued client. Good manners and respectful communication are the foundation of excellent customer service, especially in a place like Trinco, where so many people come for both food and experience. Great sooooo you're a loyal customer, someone made a 3 minute mistake and we get a 1 star review? Although the food and and atmosphere is 5 star.... This is EVERYTHING that is wrong with hospitality, you are welcome to not revisit.
