It’s a reasonably priced Chinese restaurant in the Hong Kong yum cha style. Menu is extensive with many choices. I found the dishes were good but not very exceptional. Peking duck was quite ok. Portions are family style and plenty. Service is fine but not so attentive. Although the location (inside a Hilton hotel) is higher end the prices are not. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Trinity is located within the Hilton San Gabriel lobby. The restaurant was mostly empty for breakfast except for a couple of tables. It was nice because it was quiet and relaxing. The staff as always, were amazing. They were warm, inviting and friendly. They were also very attentive without hovering. I absolutely loved that they offered congee for breakfast. As someone who would prefer not to eat a sweet breakfast, the alternative was wonderful. The congee was bland, but it came with several condiments to add your desired flavor. The dish came with pickled veggies, peanuts and meat floss. I used all of the condiments and added sriracha; tasty. We also ordered their Chinese noodle soup and that was packed with flavor. The bok choy and other components made the dish. My daughter ordered their French toast and she said it was the best she’s had. We paid approximately $50 which already included the tip.
