Ive only ordered through door dash and EVERY TIME I've placed an order abs stuff NO banana in my smoothie I can STILL taste banana. I'm allergic to banana I'm not understanding why it's an hard to NOT make a smoothie the way the CUSTOMER wants it? After all it's OUR money then it should be made OUR way Service: 1

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. All I did was ask a simple question that any employee should have been able to answer, and the staff immediately got upset. One of the employees even started slamming equipment, which was very unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable for me and my family. After that, I still went ahead and paid for our smoothies — one for myself, my husband, and our children — but they tasted awful, almost like they had chemicals in them. We couldn’t drink them and ended up throwing them away, which means we completely wasted our money. I expected better service and quality from Tropical Smoothie Café. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses the behavior of their staff and the quality of their products. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
