Where do I begin. You would think during a work week from open until after lunch you would have staff to cover. There was only one staff at 8am covering dru-thur, front counter and making the order. (He was friendly)There was only one person in the store waiting for food, but it took 20 minutes to get my Acai bowl which was horrible and I wasted $12. Bananas were brown and mushy, pineapple we're can tibblet not fresh, didn't receive the coconut and the granola was soggy. Makes me think did someone else order this and it wasn't right so it was put in the freezer then given to me? I would never visit again. I'll rather drive out my way and go to Twenty Two Juicery. I HOPE TROPICANA READS THEIR REVIEWS, I WISH I DID BEFORE I CAME! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

I was here for over 25 minutes waiting on two smoothies. There were at least 3 people working, there’s no reason it should have taken this long. We even came inside the store to try and avoid a wait time. I used to work at a tropical smoothie cafe and this would have NEVER been allowed to happen, and this wasn’t even a rush! The smoothies were icy and gritty as well, if you’re taking your time making one then it should at least be decent. Never coming back to this location. Save your money, but really save your time.
