Fish soup had me in the emergency room!!!! 1/5 stars - Food Poisoning Experience at Tropix Lounge I'm extremely disappointed and alarmed to share my recent experience at Tropix Lounge. On Saturday night, I visited the lounge and ordered the fish soup, which unfortunately turned out to be a catastrophic choice. Within minutes of consuming the soup, I experienced severe gastrointestinal symptoms, including sudden and intense trips to the bathroom. As someone who hadn't eaten all day, it was clear that the soup was the culprit. To make matters worse, my condition rapidly deteriorated, and I was hospitalized due to food poisoning. The experience was not only uncomfortable but also put my health at risk. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address the food safety concerns at Tropix Lounge. As a customer, it's unacceptable to expect anything less than safe and quality food. Warning to potential customers: Please exercise extreme caution when dining at Tropix Lounge, especially when ordering the fish soup. I ordered 2 soups and gladly threw the other one away. There’s a ten dollar minimum when using your card. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
