We went here for brunch. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and seated shortly after. Our server explained the menu and how the food are healthy and sustainable sourced. She was able to explain details on why the food is considered healthy and sustainable. It was quiet here because of FIFA and our was early afternoon. Our drinks were brought oit shortly after ordering and then our food came out about 15 minutes later. I had the Chicken parmesan which was good. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

We stopped for lunch at True Food Kitchen at Lenox Square after a few hours of shopping, and it was a very satisfying choice. The atmosphere is bright and relaxed, ideal for a midday break after walking around the mall. The menu offers a wide variety of fresh, health-focused dishes that feel light yet filling. One highlight was the Ancient Grains Bowl ordered by my friend. The dish stood out for its excellent combination of textures and flavors, and the pistachios added a surprising and memorable crunch — a real burst of flavor that elevated the entire bowl. Service was friendly and efficient, making the lunch experience smooth despite the busy shopping-hour crowd. Portions were well balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. Overall, True Food Kitchen is a great option for a post-shopping lunch in Atlanta. The thoughtful menu, flavorful dishes, and comfortable setting make it well worth the stop, especially if you’re looking for something fresh and well prepared.
