They let a non-service dog in who was barking and one of the waiters was petting it to calm it down. Then she went and served waters holding the tops of cups, enough said. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Jeff, We regret your visit left you feeling uneasy, but wanted to clarify and correct some of your comments. This particular gentleman is indeed disabled if you noticed how he was walking. He’s presented us with service dog documents in the past. And lastly, I personally had a discussion about this, and made sure server went to the wash room to clean her hands. At the end of the day, I appreciate everyone’s feedback, and will make sure there is no confusion next time something like this comes up. But rest assure, it was internally handled dispite how it may have looked from your seat. We’ll be focusing on improving both our service and attentiveness as well. Sincerely, Tryon House Restaurant
