Very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff and supervisor were kidding and making fun instead of behaving professionally, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe as a lady. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and management should take strict action to ensure a respectful and safe environment.(OGF BRANCH) Service: 1

What sets this place apart is their famous Turkish ice cream trick a playful and entertaining performance where the servers skillfully twist and turn the ice cream, keeping you guessing before finally handing it over.
