Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Mediterranean prawns, but unfortunately they were not tasty at all and I couldn’t enjoy the dish. I politely explained this to the waitress, but her attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The owner refused to change the dish or remove it from the bill, simply saying that it was one of their popular dishes. That is not a reasonable excuse—popularity doesn’t mean every customer will like it. I was forced to pay for a dish I couldn’t eat. Poor food, poor customer service, and very disappointing management. I would not return. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The overall customer experience for the past 20 years is first class. The restaurant is very neat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Fish and Chips Restaurant called The Two Brothers Fish Restaurant. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Fish and Chips Restaurant have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. When I had been for the second time for a takeaway on 19/12/2025 I ordered 2 Large Haddock and 2 lot's of Chips. The Large Haddock and Chips which I had ordered on 19/12/2025 were both very delicious and very tasty and Beautiful indeed. All of the Staff including the Owner of this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Fish and Chips Restaurant whom all work in Collaboration with each other are all Exceptionally lovely, kind, courteous, caring and very educated, dedicated and very intelligent and very knowledgeable people themselves and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves as well. Each time I have been to this Exceptionally Beautiful Fish and Chips Restaurant in London they have always provided me with very good customer service to the very best of their ability. I am definitely coming back to have Fish and Chips at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Restaurant again called The Two Brothers Fish Restaurant all being well in the foreseeable future. This Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and very clean and immaculate 5 Star Award Winning Restaurant called The Two Brothers Fish Restaurant in London is Extremely Popular with everybody including myself.
