Tyga is a fantastic spot for modern Asian fusion cuisine. The food was beautifully plated, packed with flavour, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. Will be back again! Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very cool spot with cool retro mid century styling and great lighting. Be sure to book your table ahead of time as they are popular!!! It’s a bit loud but the DJ spinning records is a great vibe and the food was phenomenal, our favourite was definitely the duck! the nasi lemak tartare was such a fantastic twist on regular tartare and the chirashi special was such a great addition!!! If you like red wine the Grenache is also phenomenal, shoutout to who I feel was the manager on this evening (I think his name was Yaz?) who had the friendliest demeanour and best customer I’ve experienced in a long time! Extra impressive when the venue is pumping as much as Tyga was tonight (and is most nights!) We will definitely be back, on empty stomachs next time to have more of that duck and try the Tom yum burrata!! We have since been back ! Second visit just as good as the first, great service and amazing food !!! Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very innovative Asian fusion cuisine! First stepping in, I LOVED the atmosphere. I felt so at home with my jungle Asian heritage Our waitress was so lovely and described the menu very in depth! Entrees were: • Borneo Hinava - very refreshing, great flavours and crunch from the sea grapes • Woodfired Bone Marrow - you do not feel great eating this lol. Fatty, the coconut roti was sweet, crispy but fluffy. If you enjoy heavy flavourful dishes then this is for you but not for me • Scallop Crudo - yum! Ngl I don’t remember but I don’t think it was bad or memorable • Crying Kangaroo - it’s hard to make kangaroo good if you don’t like the chewy and gamey-ness of it, but it was just okay. It was glazed with a very sweet sauce, I felt like the pickled onions wasn’t acidic enough to cut through the heavy flavours of the sambal, and the lettuce wraps were a good idea but that super bitter red radicchio needs to go • Woodfired gai yang - super tender, I felt like it was very salty. The flavours were just too strong so I ordered the papaya salad to break the heaviness • som tum salad - what I thought to be refreshing but I choked from how salty it was. It gave me the opposite affect. Overall it’s great if you like strong, rich and heavy flavours. But it wasn’t for me. My friends however liked it!
