I ate at this place when it opened, I went back to eat today and it simply dropped by 1000 points... 1st The potatoes are burnt, soggy and, by the way, they are of low quality, extremely thin, with a questionable price from any wholesale store in life. 2nd The arugula in the snack was overcooked, it looks like it had been in the fridge for a long time and had turned dark. (And no, it's not because of the hot snack because at the time of preparation I've already seen the arugula with that very dark shade of green and wilted leaves) they even cut it by hand making an arugula pasta so as not to show its ugly appearance her! 3rd The meat came extremely rare, far from the ideal point. Service worthy of a Michein star! Managers can give their attendants a raise, value their employees. After terrible service at a bar in..., I made a point of crossing the street and trying to fulfill my desire to devour a burger, but I couldn't imagine the service and friendliness of taking off my hat, very helpful and explanatory about the offers, combos, tasting Pink Lemonade (super recommended) and everything else. Congratulations, you gained a fan! oh!, and The Queem, wow, what a fantastic burger, the honey made all the difference lol. Congratulations Underground Hamburgers!
