Good afternoon, Grant. I apologize for the rushed and poor service you received. We are still family owned and run. I am Bill's daughter and Michael Lovi who is also a part owner, are in the stores daily. It sounds like there needs to be more conversation and training of the closing team to ensure that every customer that comes in is treated as a valued guest. If you are able, I would love to have a phone call or in-person conversation. We are always thankful that our customers are willing to let us know when there are areas of improvement needed.
