10 out of 10 across the board! Unwined truly understands the meaning behind the client experience. You are welcomed in the moment you walk into the door and treated like family. They go over and beyond to make your experience truly special, the wine is top-notch, The food is delicious , The establishment is clean and the ambience is relaxing Amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I made a reservation for 6 at this establishment and upon arrival we were told to sit wherever was available. No seating had actually been reserved for us, once this was brought up to the host she stated “well these people have been here for a while so they should be leaving soon” she then came to the back where we were seated and tried to push two circular tables together which still did not work and kept the group separated. As the last two people arrived and received their wine cards, the host told them to “ask your friends how it works” did not give them instructions on how it works and she hadn’t even told the people already there exactly how it works. Any time we had a question, we were given an attitude and felt dismissed, but we watched her cater to other guests that did not look like us without them having to even ask so I would sadly have to assume that this has to do with race. There were also other employees we tried to speak to who decided to walk past and ignore us. Due to not feeling welcomed, we decided to leave. It’s very unfortunate to have to leave an establishment due to being treated differently, but I will not spend my money anywhere I am not welcome. 0/10. Would not recommend. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely stunning experience at Unwine’d in Rochester! We were in town for a wedding and had the welcome drinks here- it was an absolute treat. Loved the experience of trying different wines. Gorgeous interior and outdoor seating in a lovely part of the city. The service was top class, all of the staff were so welcoming and so inviting. Really made the night for us all. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
