Hidden gem Paia by the Post Office. Delicious chicken kebobs and fresh salads. And peaceful setting. A great find.

The Potato pizza is vegan and delicious, the crust is perfect, didn't even feel the need to add any flavoring to it, although the hubs the enjoyed pineapple habanero hot sauce. I'm from the East Coast, land of the best pizza outside of Italy, and this place NAILED it. My husband and I ate here after a long day of snorkeling and seasickness and boy did it heal and ground us. Franco was amazing, great customer service and conversation. The Island Ginger Beer was lovely and we also played an epic battle of Jenga. Great people, great food, and great vibes. Uptown embodies Aloha. A worthy place to venture to. Thank you!!

If you want some delicious and creative pizza, go here! Be sure to check in on yelp first though. The guys at the truck were super helpful in picking the right pizza and answering all of our questions. There was no line when we went late at night on a weekday in the rain.... so the wait for a hot and fresh pie was maybe 10 mins or so. Seemed like it was really quick. When we got it, the crust was the perfect amount of crunchy and thickness and the flavor was amazing! Not the type of pie you can just take bite after bite and have it be gone in a minute, but the type where you want to actually taste each bite and enjoy the flavors. Would definitely be back!!
