We recognize that we could do a better job of explaining that our bread service is intended to be “tear and eat.” The baguette is made locally and is placed in the oven briefly to warm it, which can leave the exterior feeling quite firm when you first touch it. That said, we understand that if this wasn’t explained, or if the bread wasn’t enjoyable to you, it’s still a miss on our part. We’re glad our team was able to remove it from your bill.Your concerns around attentiveness, follow-through, service training, and overall value are important to us, and we’re taking them seriously.
