You came on Thursday April 18 and there was less than 10 minutes between the moment you entered the establishment and you had your drink... Spoiling an experience for a short while but next time, don't hesitate don't tell us your feelings rather than on the internet. Face-to-face exchange and communication is part of our concept ;) You are certainly used to working in waves and I encourage you to continue, but I reassure you that I am proud of my team and encourage them on a daily basis. Pleasure or not ;) The manager “Steeve” I will also add... The waiter "Lenny" recognized that you arrived in a rush, a wave and he took care of you following the order of arrival. The manager (my brother) was on site and took care of the customers on the bar side, while I (the manager), I was on another site and serving because I assure you, I am rarely "hidden". We love our job, do it with passion and enthusiasm. No detective but in view of what you said, I simply checked on the cameras... (less than 10 minutes to be served).
