Hi D Giorgi Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed our desserts, but we're sorry the dining area wasn't as clean as it should have been during your visit. As we're a small kiosk, we're limited in the number of staff we can have on at one time. During busy periods, our first priority is making sure customers are served promptly. That said, keeping our dining area clean is a standard we take very seriously, and we agree that it should always be a welcoming place to sit and enjoy your food. We'll be taking your feedback on board and speaking with the store manager to ensure we're doing a better job balancing both service and cleanliness. We’ve since spoken directly with our baking team to review the almond croissant, and changes have already been implemented. This includes increasing the amount of filling and refining the baking process to ensure the croissants are not dry and meet the standard we expect.
