We ordered from VCF Food on Tuesday night and were extremely disappointed with our first and definitely our last experience. At 10:16 PM, we placed an order for two pizzas: a half-and-half gourmet pizza (Margherita and Five Cheese) and one 14" All-In Pizza. The total came to $63.04, including service fees and a tip. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, we received two buffalo chicken pizzas that we never ordered. The delivery driver was unable to help because she had no information about the mistake. We then tried calling the restaurant multiple times around 11:10 PM. The phone number was not listed on the receipt, so I googled their website, and despite calling more than five times, no one answered. My husband ended up driving to the restaurant himself. The staff acknowledged the mistake, but communication was poor. We were told it would take seven minutes to remake the order, but that estimate was not accurate. By the time we finally received the correct pizzas and brought them home, more than 1.5 hours had passed since we originally placed the order. What is most disappointing is that there was no attempt to make things right. No refund. Not even a partial refund was offered. No discount. We paid delivery fees, service fees, and a tip, yet no one seemed to check that the correct food was being sent out in the first place. This was our first time ordering from VCF Food, and it will be our last. There are many pizza options in South Boston, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Pizza was some of the best I have ever had and I have often ate pizza in NYC. Service was very good. We ate the pizza there, but it really is designed for pick up as there was limited seating. The area was clean but only 2 eating areas/tables. Our salads were very fresh and very good. Parking was difficult but its Boston so imagine that! Ideal to pick up from in my opinion. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great service and people working the counter. The food is really good. The pizza is some of the best thin crust I've ever had. The cheese steak sandwich is also very good. Exceptional quality food and very nice people working there.
