Hi Ione, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when you’re looking forward to a dish you enjoy and it doesn’t live up to what you were hoping for. Every guest brings different experiences and expectations, and we’re sorry that our pho wasn’t one you enjoyed. We’re also sorry to read that you didn’t feel welcomed as soon as you arrived. Making our guests feel comfortable from the very beginning is something we care deeply about, and your comments are an important reminder for us to keep improving. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience, even though it’s difficult to read. Feedback like yours helps us review both our dishes and the service we provide every day. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your visit. Please feel free to contact us at operacione@viet.pe. Thank you again for your honest feedback. — The Viet Team
