Paid $8.20 for a flat white in a mug with chocolate on top. Got a cappuccino. Asked to change for a flat white. Got another cappuccino. Spoke to the barista who said, "oh okay". Additionally we spoke to staff before sitting down to ask if it's table service. Then 15mins later had to go inside to get staff to come take our order. Then after we got our eggs we had to tell the staff we had no cutlery. I just do not understand how service could be so bad and a simple order not made correctly twice. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40

Unfortunately Vans is not as good as it used to be. We went on a Friday lunchtime, there was no specials board (which there used to be), the main menu hasn't changed in a very long time, and the service was very poor (customer food was left on the tables long after they had left, there was food staining over the floor, chairs and tables which had been left for a while, and I'm pretty sure the waiters cloth hadn't seen water or disinfectant since the beginning of his shift). A shame, because it's been a good place for a long time, but either new or lack of management has had an effect. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60

hello maria thankyou for the feedbackwe are awaiting our blackboard writer to come on monday to do a new menu on there for us , we did a menu reshuffle and change, it went live last night into today.i will speak to the waitstaff regarding prompt clearing and cleanliness of the surrounding area , we get waiters cloths in 3 times a week from a laundry company so i will also speak to them regarding this we hope to see you again soon to try our new menu items kind regardsDarryl
