FOREIGNERS' ARE NOT WELCOME Update, you’ve been all waiting for this establishment has had several opportunities to be cordial to foreigners. They have yet to comply hopefully the public learns about this disappointment and shut this place down because it should not exist as it stands. Good luck. People do your worst. We do not welcome patrons that feel as though they can use our establishment to roll joints at our tables or bother our female patrons when trying to use the restroom. Behavior like that is not tolerated by our staff. The patron will be asked to leave and not return as we did with your visit to Vega Lounge. More

Wanted to reach out about why I will never frequent Vega Lounge again. We left Brineys with a drink because they had given last call there. We walked over the bridge and my friend walked into Vega lounge in front of me. We were a group of 6. He had a beer in his hand. Bartender immediately started yelling at him. I was next and I did have a can but it was empty. I tried to throw it away but didn’t see a trash can so I was going to give it to her to discard for me. Blonde bartender snatched it from me after I told her it was empty. As she was giving an attitude, I asked her if they had white claw or high noon. She was raising her voice at me while she was telling me she couldn’t understand what I wanted. I told her maybe if she would stop yelling she could hear me. She finally served me a drink and gave attitude the whole time. One of my other friends came in and also apologized to her and asked her if we could sit outside if we order from the bar and walk our own drinks outside to the table. Still raising her voice she said she was the only bartender. He had just asked her if we could order at the bar and sit outside. She yelled again and said she would need a card, which could have just been calmly stated. Per-authorizing a card is standard and expected in most places anyway, so there’s no reason for an attitude. She could have just politely asked for a card. As I went to hand it to her she snatched it out of my hand. Well at this point I had had enough of her unnecessary attitude. This is not the first time I’ve seen her yelling at customers. It’s bad enough that these bartenders are rude. This could have been handled way differently and tonight you lost 6 guests who would have spent 200+ dollars. Sad. Hopefully the lack of friendliness among staff can be straightened out. I’ve witnessed her before treating other customers the same way. It was Sunday night Feb 4th when this happened. Let us know when she is gone so we can come back. We are actually nice people.
