If you’re looking for a meal that feeds both your body and your spirit, Veggie In is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we walked in, we realized they truly live up to their mission of spreading "good vibes." The Food We started with the sweet potato tots, and they were a total revelation. They are reminiscent of little warm donuts—almost like a vegan beignet—and are absolutely amazing. For the main course, we enjoyed the chickenless chicken salad sandwich. The filling was delicious, but the standout was the hearty, whole-grain bread that held it all together perfectly. To wash it all down, we tried the Blue Spirulina cold-pressed juice (a refreshing blend of green apple, lemon, pineapple, and coconut water), which was vibrantly colored and quite tasty. The Atmosphere What sets Veggie Inn apart is the environment. We spent our meal listening to lovely affirmational music (Toni Jones) and reading the positive messages displayed on the walls. We honestly felt empowered just by sitting there and soaking in the atmosphere. Veggie Inn says it's all about good vibes, and after our experience, we can certainly affirm that is the case.
