My wife and I went to this to location after a night on the town. It was pretty busy, however the staff did an exceptional job getting the food out quickly. The service was excellent and Evan was a major help. She explain the menu and told us what was popular. I’m a plant base diet person she explain in detail what I can have. Even though there was a line she was patient and very professional. Food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend Velvet Taco to anyone looking for great Tacos and great service during after hours. This was our first time ever eating at a Velvet taco and it was great. Evan was our cashier/server and she was amazing. She provided exceptional customer service and made our first visit very smooth. Evan explained items on the menu as well as gave us recommendations on items to try. Evan was very attentive and friendly with us. She made our experience very enjoyable and we will definitely be back. We also appreciate the great customer service from the manager on duty who was giving customers their orders. He was friendly and helpful. Please make sure you go enjoy this restaurant. They have fast efficient service and the food taste amazing!!! There are options for everyone and they are open really late!!! We can’t wait to eat there again! I was staying nearby and just happened upon the Velvet Taco. It was in a convenient location on a quieter street near Music Row. Fun atmosphere, and low key due to location. Although it was a little late for dinner. I sat on the outside patio area which was nice to people watch. Service was fast and mostly friendly.
