It was our 1st time in Venn today. The place was quiet - lucky us! We had 1 sesame & 1 Everything bagels with various fillings, a cup of long black and a cup of cappuccino with oat milk. Bagels were very good - my cappuccino had too much froth in my opinion but once I got past the froth, I enjoyed the coffee very much. No complaints about the long black too! Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: The cafe has oat milk, lactose free milk and almond milk.

I’ve visited 5 or 6 times as I’m local, and really mixed feelings! The staff have been totally cold and unfriendly - each person I’ve brought has mentioned it too. Only one time have I had a friendly face at the till. And yesterday the girl wasn’t friendly at all, and then brought my bagel with all of the schmear totally melted down the sides of the bagel onto the plate and looking really gross, without a single napkin? When I went in to grab some myself, they watched me without a smile or a word. Just not welcoming. The bowls and bagels are yummy though, I hope the vibe changes for the better, and they improve their service. Love their mugs.
