Very nice restaurant inside the Cardo Roma hotel. The menu is somewhat limited and we found that the food was not consistent from one day to the next, but overall it was good. We ordered the carbonara one night and it was absolutely delicious. Ordered again another night and it was so-so. Sometimes we got bread on the table, sometimes not. The serving staff were all friendly and spoke English very well, which helped us a lot. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40

We visited this hotel restaurant during a large business meeting. Each of us had a voucher worth around 50 euros, so this was not a budget visit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive throughout our visit. They were reluctant to take our order, uncooperative when it came to choosing or changing a table so we wouldn’t be constantly bumped into, and I genuinely had to ask four times just to get a drink. Service felt forced rather than welcoming. They also refused to take separate orders for a starter and a main course, which is hard to understand at a restaurant of this standard. Overall, the attitude of the staff was condescending, and the level of service fell far below expectations for a hotel restaurant.
