The place itself is nice, and the food is okay, but the overall experience fell short of what I expected. The attendants seemed very tired. They smiled, but their energy and attitude didn’t really match the atmosphere the restaurant is trying to project. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a birthday, and the handling of that moment was disappointing. The waiter simply placed a tiramisu cup in front of the person, turned off the light, said “ok, your dessert for the birthday,” and walked away. It felt rushed and impersonal. I usually expect a warmer, more thoughtful experience for a celebration, especially in a restaurant that appears to position itself as a nice place.
