I am writing to follow up on an issue I experienced during my visit to your establishment on March 17. On that day, I spent over $800 at your organization, and unfortunately, I was overcharged $129.80 on my debit card. Despite being assured by your manager that I would receive a refund for this overcharge, I have yet to see the funds returned to my account. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's been some time since this incident occurred, and I'm concerned about the delay in resolving the matter. I have contacted my bank, and they have confirmed that the transaction went through successfully and that your organization received the funds. I want to emphasize that this issue is about the overcharged amount and not the overall experience I had at your restaurant, which was otherwise enjoyable. However, I am now in a situation where I am out of pocket for an amount that I should not have been charged. In an effort to resolve this matter promptly, I kindly request that you look into the issue and arrange for the refund to be processed as soon as possible. If there are any challenges or misunderstandings regarding the transaction, I would appreciate clarification. Please note that I have also sought advice from the Ontario Consumer Protection agency, and they have advised me to contact you directly before they intervene. I hope to receive a response from you soon regarding the status of my refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution. Having been three times now, the atmosphere is incredibly fun, the staff are hardworking and friendly and the drinks are consistently excellent! I would highly recommend Vice Supper Club for a high end experience during a night out.
