Hey Infinity, first off thank you for the kind words about our food. I do have to address the "lying" to you part however. Our website clearly says that although we try to have someone available to deliver, we can't promise that. We are a tiny mom and pop shop and get extremely busy on the weekends. The entire staff consists of 6 people, that's it. 6 people trying to do EVERYTHING 7 DAYS A WEEK. Do all the prep, make all the dough, all the sauces, make and serve your food, clean and IF WE ARE ABLE TO DO SO DELIVER YOUR FOOD. Otherwise, yes we unfortunately have to heavily rely on Doordash, Uber, GH, Postmates, etc. You're absolutely correct, this isn't ideal, but this is the reality of running a small startup food business these days. It would be pretty neat to have the budget for 4 or 5 drivers just standing around all weekend long, waiting for deliveries to be ready and taking them directly to all our customers, bypassing third party delivery services. Unfortunately, when it comes down to running a small business in 2024, you have to make some difficult decisions. And one of those decisions is whether or not you should have a bunch of employees (including drivers, etc) who are underpaid for the hard work that they do trying to serve customers and keep the shop running, or if you should maybe have fewer people that you try your best to pay a little better that will be a just a little happier and maybe just a little more comfortable. Well, we chose the latter approach to running our business and if you still feel like we're "lying to get your business" and deserve a lower rating, please reach out directly to us (preferably not during weekend rush) and we will try to resolve this issue the best we can.
