The paninis were tasty, and the drinks were good. The café may be a little small for our stroller, but luckily there weren’t many people, so we were able to dine in comfortably. However, if it had been busy, it would have been difficult to bring a stroller in for our toddler. The service was quick, and it was cozy inside. Street parking is available, and luckily we were able to find a parking spot right away outside the restaurant. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had to do an event just down the street. It required me to be on site stupid early...so my hotel breakfast and coffee were not an option. They were already winners for having coffee just a 2 minute walk from where I was....but that seeing that smoked salmon panini on the menu meant I'd be solving my breakfast problems. First of all...that was one of the best modified bagel and lox sandwiches I've ever had. Generous amounts of everything; they don't skimp on anything. It was just absolutely wonderful. The latte I got..was also great. Of course I'm not too picky about my coffee..it was strong, it was caffeine. Service was fast. I think I was back at the venue within 10 minutes; and that included the walk there and back. I didn't think I'd have time to check out a lot of local places this trip; so this was a wonderful surprise. Very worth the stop. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A hidden gem indeed! Patrick and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a self-proclaimed and very particular coffee drinker, I can also confirm their coffee is the best I have had in Madison. UPDATE 1/6/23: Unfortunately surrounding coffee shops simply do not know how to make espresso drinks properly and simply aren’t worth your time or money. I highly recommend checking out The Victory Madison if you’re looking for a strong cup of coffee or a rich creamy latte. Yesterday, Patrick made me the most delicious lavender latte I’ve ever had!! Extra bonus: dog friendly for the doggos!!
