First time here, but also had to so as a takeout order. Small space but nicely laid out. Also lots of outdoor seating. Should also note this is a vegan restaurant. Nice deli selection of cold and hot sandwiches as well as sides. Soup of the Day was Tomato Basil, so definitely had to try! Ordered the California hot sandwiche and potato salad. Hubby and I had our respective lunches in the cat. Must say, mine definitely did not disappoint!! The soup, more of a puree, was very tasty and perfectly balanced. The sandwich was generous and tons of flavor, same with the potato salad. One of the best vegan meals I've had in a long time! On Sunday (4/28), I stopped by Vida’s to pick up some assorted goods to prepare a vegan charcuterie board for my partner’s birthday on Tuesday (4/30). I stopped by around 2PM to see the store locked up and closed early. I checked their Instagram story, where it mentioned that they would have normal business hours on Tuesday (4/30), so I made the decision to stop by after work that day. Today (Tuesday, 4/30), I checked their Instagram story and saw that they had no update so I assumed that they had regular business hours. I work in Delaware, over 35 minutes away and disappointingly enough, I arrive to Vida’s with this sign on the door (see photo provided). It is quite frustrating that they cannot keep to their posted business hours as they are a great place for vegan food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent vegetarian chicken sandwich. Very kind and attentive staff. Definitely worth the drive there!!!
