Ordered via Lieferando - unfortunately the food arrived was the wrong one. Called and it would be taken care of. 15 minutes later still nothing, called again. Yes, the driver made a mistake and delivered two deliveries and mixed them up. No problem for us at all - we're all human, it happens sometimes. However, the reaction of the employee I had on the phone was unpleasant. They would now bring us the food that was delivered over half an hour ago and take the wrong delivery back with them. 1) Food would then be completely cold 2) when I asked whether the food had already been delivered: yes, of course. Great, food that is already cold and delivered to strangers' homes has been opened, perhaps already tried or whatever - that is no longer on my table, especially not at these prices. All hygiene standards are really ignored here. It would then take at least an hour for us to prepare the food again, so we don't get any special attention. Well, money back and never again. We were at the Vietnam Royal Restaurant Gelsenkirchen Buer today and we really liked it. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a great ambience. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. After a short time we received our starter, which was very tasty. Shortly afterwards our main course arrived, which was also delicious and fresh. It was a successful evening all around and we would love to come back.
