I really wanted to like Vigo, but the experience was deeply disappointing. While the interior design is beautiful, the food itself is incredibly bland and lacks any real flavor. The service is where things truly went downhill. There is a strong push to include an automatic tip, despite the service being nothing more than "normal." We spoke with Paola to suggest that tips should be earned through quality service rather than treated as a requirement. Instead of taking the feedback professionally, she appeared annoyed and completely uninterested in what we had to say. We were originally going to give a 2 or 3-star rating, but the lack of respect from management regarding our suggestions earned them this 1-star review. A nice room doesn't make up for tasteless food and an indifferent attitude.

4.7 Stars. Very good cakes and pastries. The lemon cake was excellent. The very atmosphere in the back area is beautiful either way out door seating and a super nice bar. It is especially nice at night with the accent lights. The staff is very attentive and the coffee is good. We did not try any of the food items, but there were many parties enjoying their meals.

OMG! The menu of the day is fantastic. I would give up my citizenship to be able to live in Santa Rosa and come to Vigo everyday for lunch. The options were large, the presentation first rate. Even the salad was unique for including mango and other fruits. This is a"fusion" menu, so not the typical Colombian offerings. So good... Almost don't want to leave a review and keep it to myself, but there it is. Visit the thermal baths outside of town and come here to eat afterwards.
