Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. An expensive personal item went missing after my room was cleaned, and despite reporting it and reaching out for assistance, I received no meaningful response. Additionally, the room did not live up to the expectations set by the photos, and the bed was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of customer service and quality did not justify the experience. Service: 1

Great little spot for a wonderful view and a reasonably priced drink. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere-peaceful and calm. Went on the way back from the nearby villa Cimbrone. Service: 5

We were not guests of the hotel, so, this review is for cafe only. The views are spectacular, however, the service was terrible! We waited ages for our 2 simple dishes! Another table who had ordered long after us received their 3 dishes while we had to asked 2 waiters twice each about our meals. The problem was that instead of checking with the kitchen they just told us that our food is coming. when they finally checked they found that the order was not placed! So, after 40 minutes they put the order thought and we got it in 5 minutes! Service: 2
