2 starts for the atmosphere, food and shisha only, the staff were not friendly nor welcoming. We have gluten allergy and when we asked for gf dishes the waiter Saad responded “this is a Lebanese restaurant” he was not trying to help at all, we had to tell him to ask the chef to try bring us gluten free dishes. The receptionist girl wasn’t also friendly not even 1 smile came out of her. The shisha guy was friendly and nice among all of the staff. A visit not going to be repeated. Price per person: SAR 160–180 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first visit to the Villa Fairuz restaurant. The first impression wasn’t the most pleasant. Upon entering, we asked hostess if they had shisha, to which she replied yes, of course, but there’s a deposit that doesn’t include shisha and we must order something from their menu. I found this a bit rude, of course we will get something but luckily their manager came over and let us into the dining area. We chose a spot by the balcony, the restaurant is very beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere. Note, it's a great place for dates and romantic dinners. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Shisha was excellent, and the Arabic desserts were very tasty. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice restaurant great taste wonderful ambience. And the best service. Mr. Ribal is the most wonderful person and he is brand ambassador of Villa Fayrouz. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 200+
