Visit village inn roughly about 7 years ago. Used to be really good. The atmosphere was clean. Bathrooms were very dirty. There weren't many people in our section. Knower that many people in that day to work or to eat. But our service lagged quite a bit, We sat for 25 minutes waiting for our business partners to show up and we won't even offered a glass of water until everyone was there. I thought that was a little thoughtless. We were a considerable size group with good revenue into the restaurant and I feel like we should have been treated a little better. I ordered a Reuben and got zero sauerkraut on my sandwich which it was supposed to come with. When I brought it to my service attention she was argumentative. I did get the kraut and it was comped. But I shouldn't have been made to feel like I had to argue with the server. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. I got the ultimate breakfast. A good basic breakfast meal. The air conditioning is definitely very cool. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

First walking in, an employee sighs, commenting "I am off of work" turns around, grabs our menus. Gives them to a server he calls over and says, "enjoy your breakfast, wait lunch or whatever the hell time it is". This should have been our first indication to leave but we stayed for the $5 burger Monday. Once seated, out waitress didn't even introduce herself. We sat for about 10 minutes, watching her pass back and forth, helping other tables so finally, I said "excuse me, we would like some beverages and we are also ready to order" and her response was, "well you're going to have to wait because I'm the only one on the floor right now". By the time we actually ended up getting our burgers, they weren't anything to be excited about. They were small and they didn't have much flavor. I decided to box the other half of mine up to give to my dogs at home and they weren't even excited for it. I guess you get what you pay for. Not coming to this location again. Hello Casandra, I'm so sorry to hear you had that experience with Village Inn! Unfortunately this isn't the correct location in which this has happened. We are located in the Larkridge Center, behind Costco, but we don't offer that $5 Burger deal at our location either. We offer Kids Eat Free on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you can give us a call to discuss this further our number is 720-929-1500. You are always more than welcome to come to our location! We offer Kids Eat Free (obviously) Free Pie Wednesdays, and All You Can Eat Fish on Fridays!
