Went in the other day and my server was good, the food was great, but the hostess was not welcoming at all. Her name tag said maryla or something like that and from the moment I walked in she looked unhappy to be there and was not friendly when seating me. When we left she had the same energy as when we entered. Definitely doesn’t make me feel welcome and we won’t be coming back. I’ve been a hostess myself for many years and we are the first faces people see when they walk in and it sends the mood and the atmosphere for their entire stay. I was truly upset by my experience. It’s disappointing to hear that your Village Inn visit started off on the wrong note. The team you encountered in the front really matters, and it sounds like the welcome you received didn’t reflect the experience you deserved. We’re sorry this left you feeling unwelcome. If you’re open to it, please share your contact info at https://go.momos.com/g4Gjj so our team can reach out personally and make this right.

Made it over to Village Inn just before we headed out. Lots of choices, and I had to get the strawberry crepe. It was delicious. Hubs and son got standard bacon, eggs, and pancakes, and all was perfectly cooked. My compliments to the chef. Pleasant and fast service as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
