I was disappointed with my experience at the Village Pump. From the moment I arrived, I felt that customer service was lacking and my concerns were not handled professionally. The atmosphere and overall experience did not meet the expectations I had based on the business’s reputation. What frustrated me most was the way issues were addressed when I raised them. Rather than feeling welcomed as a customer, I left feeling ignored and dissatisfied. I understand that every business can have an off day, but based on my experience, I would not choose to return. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements in the future. And Una behind the bar was so rude and very bad hygiene. I felt like I was in a sumo wrestling competition. Disgraceful. Price per person: €40–50
