If these small defects are reviewed it is truly the best for a top holiday. 50 meters from the beach with umbrella service included in the price, 400/500 meters from the supermarket and farmers' market, excluding Sundays, and about 1 km from the center of Vieste. No stress village even during the week of August. Lots of greenery, and functional apartments where nothing is missing. You immediately realize you've got it right. Receptionists, quiet, polite and helpful. A nice cool terrace where you don't hear a fly fly. Obviously there are small details to review, such as slightly oxidized taps but if you want to feel better than your home, you really don't have to leave. Huge private beach right in front, with a pretty good bar and restaurant, well organized with a kind, polite and willing lifeguard. Unfortunately for him, while under the umbrella someone loudly brags about being a phenomenon, he fades and eats ice cream using the sand as a dustbin. But nothing new. Externality is not a value. Almost always in an elegantly packaged parcel there is a disappointing surprise. Top village, quality price. Well done. We were in Villaggio San Lorenzo for a week in low season(last week of September). Things may be different during high season.Pros: Very good price (inkl. cleaning and tourist tax, 300€ for a 2+2 family is great value for money), very friendly staff speaking good english, rooms are spacey, place is clean, veranda, mosquito net in every window and door, a lot of green, no problem with parkingCons: only very basic equipment in the kitchen, no coffee- or teamaker, low quality pots, few place to prepare meal (only on the veranda), other things working badly or not at all (TV), thin walls (you hear the neighbours quite well), noise from renovations taking place, it's quite a walk to reach the city and there isn't any reasonable public transport available(This part has no influence on my rating) Keep in mind that after season there aren't so many attractions available, many places are closed or working limited hours
